Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or renting any bike from us. By completing a booking, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Booking Policy
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or directly at our shop.
- A valid ID proof and contact details are required to confirm your booking.
- All bookings are subject to bike availability and shop confirmation.
- Please take a screenshot or record the transaction number for future reference.
- Ensure that your email address and phone number are entered correctly.
2. Payment Policy
- Customers can choose to make a full payment or a partial payment while booking.
- If you choose partial payment, the remaining balance must be paid at the shop’s opening time on the booking day before collecting the bike.
- We accept payments via cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, or online transfer.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings must be cancelled at least 3 days before the scheduled pickup date to be eligible for a refund (if applicable).
- Cancellations within 3 days of the booking date are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Pickup & Return
- Bikes can be picked up and returned only during our regular business hours.
- A valid driving license must be presented at the time of pickup.
- Late returns may incur extra charges per hour or per day as per our rental rates.
5. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit may be required during bike collection.
- The deposit will be refunded after the bike is returned in good condition.
- Any damage, loss, or late return fees will be deducted from the deposit amount.
6. Customer Responsibility
- The customer is fully responsible for the bike and its accessories during the rental period.
- Any damage, theft, or loss must be reported immediately to the shop.
- The customer is liable for all fines, penalties, or legal issues caused while using the bike.
7. Liability
- Bike Rental Shop is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the rental period.
- Riders are strongly advised to wear helmets and follow all traffic rules.
8. Changes to These Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The latest version will always be available on this page.
